In terms of how this affects CY, neither campus is near the 100 people mark, but after considering our social responsibility and how we can best love and protect one another we have decided to move CY's Friday meetings online. This is only a temporary measure until the situation with COVID-19 improves.

What is Changing:
- For our last 2 Fridays (20th March and 27th March) CY will be a COMBINED event as an online forum using the online video conference platform ‘Zoom’.
- CY will be online with a NEW TIME of 7pm - 8:30pm. The format will be: Introduction by a CY Leader, game, bible reading and prayer and then split off into online Breakout Sessions within year groups for bible study.
- We have cancelled our End of Term Dinner on Friday 3rd April 2020. There will be No CY meeting in any form. Instead our CY Leaders will be meeting on that night to plan out Term 2 given the new circumstances.
What We Require:
- In order for your youth to participate in our online gatherings we require every parent to fill out this form: https://forms.gle/XdEGct4dsDjXYuSR6. A link to join the Zoom meeting will be sent out each Friday.
- We understand that some parents may not feel comfortable with their youth participating in an online gathering - that is ok - please also fill out the form so we can look into ways to keep your youth connected to CY during this time.
- You’ll need to download the desktop version of Zoom to use all features of the app. Youth will still be able to participate in the meeting on a mobile/tablet version, though some meeting features may not be available. The desktop app can be downloaded at https://zoom.us/support/download
